Julian Haber
CEO I Co-Founder
Julian is a prominent leader in cyber security and technology, renowned for founding and growing Intalock Technologies into a leading Australian cyber security firm. Under his guidance, Intalock evolved from a startup to a major provider for ASX 100 enterprises and key government departments, significantly impacting the nation’s cyber security landscape. Post Intalock’s acquisition by Spirit Technology, Julian took on strategic roles, first as Executive Director and then as Non-Executive Director, leveraging his expertise in governance, risk management and strategic planning.
Currently leading CapitalAI, Julian focuses on leveraging OT and IIOT data through AI to enhance industrial safety, sustainability, and efficiency. His career, spanning over two decades, is characterised by a commitment to developing early-stage tech startups, offering growth advice across various industries. Julian’s active investment and support in innovative and disruptive startups demonstrate his dedication to fostering technological advancement and entrepreneurship.
With a strategic approach and deep involvement in technology innovation, Julian stands as a key figure in the evolving tech landscape, driving transformative changes through AI and his entrepreneurial ventures.
Devan Stoltz
CRO I Co-Founder
Devan Stoltz is an experienced sales leader across the technology sector. Having worked for globally-renowned vendors and integrators, he has been at the forefront of emerging technologies since the start of his career. Devan is a graduate of Sydney University with a Commerce degree and double major in Economics and Finance. Having experienced his own fast career trajectory over the past 10 years, Devan has learnt the skills necessary to allow for expansion and growth with-in a start up company.
Having worked with Australia’s largest enterprises across many complicated transformation projects, he understands the intricacies of managing business outcomes and operational needs. He firmly believes that enterprises need to constantly evaluate the status quo and analyse how they can develop alongside new technologies to ensure a competitive edge.
Nikala Haber
COO I Co-FounderÂ
Nikala’s journey with Capital AI is backed by a solid history of practical innovation in the tech sector. She served as the Director and COO at Automation Integration Partners from September 2020. Here, she led the Brisbane-based team in revamping traditional systems to create cutting-edge secure and automated solutions.
Her extensive experience also includes a significant stint as Director at Intalock Technologies. There, Nikala’s ‘Make It Happen‘ approach and deep understanding of business strategy played a key role in transforming the company into a respected name in information management and cybersecurity. Nikala has been a strong advocate for workplace diversity, notably boosting the female workforce at Intalock to 33%.
Nikala’s approach is grounded, practical and focused on tangible results. Her skills and leadership style shape the way the world evolves amid Industry 4.0.
Ruben Peters
Senior OT ConsultantÂ
Ruben is a chartered engineer, with extensive experience in control systems design, and systems integration. Having delivered industrial control systems to a broad range of sectors – from manufacturing, logistics, automotive and energy, he is acutely aware of the challenges and limitations of legacy OT solutions and workflows.
By understanding and identifying, business and operational requirements, and translating these into technology strategy and specific solutions, Ruben provides capable, pragmatic support through every stage of a digital transformation, from concept to commissioning.
